A judge has ordered brother of late NFL star-turned-soldier Pat Tillman will undergo a mental competency test before his trial on arson and vandalism charges.

The brother of the late NFL player and U.S. Army Ranger Pat Tillman is suspected of driving into a South San Jose post office early Sunday morning, officials said.

Richard Tillman, the man who allegedly rammed a vehicle into a San Jose post office and set it ablaze early Sunday, was due in court Wednesday.
