Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer is bringing new energy to the organization and has a special team motto for his first training camp leading the team.

Schottenheimer served as a consultant (2022) and, later, as offensive coordinator (2023-24) with the Dallas Cowboys before he was promoted to the role of head coach after the club parted ways with Mike McCarthy this past January.

Schottenheimer, who twice turned down head-coaching opportunities, finally landed a job after going 12 hiring cycles without an interview.
