Two sources who work for the city of Lorain confirmed that 35-year-old Lorain police officer Phillip Wagner died after being shot multiple times. Officers Peter Gale and Brent Payne were also shot. The suspect has been identified as 28-year-old Michael Parker from Lorain. He was shot dead on scene.
