Kelly Osbourne says she has lost her "best friend" following the death of her father Ozzy Osbourne. The heavy metal pioneer died on Tuesday at the age of 76. He died just a few weeks after performing with Black Sabbath at a big farewell show in his hometown of Birmingham.

In 2002, Ozzy and wife Sharon made their family debut on the MTV reality series The Osbournes, featuring Kelly and son Jack. The show won the Emmy for Outstanding Non-Fiction Program (Reality) in 2002 and was nominated again the following year. Its final episode aired on March 21, 2005, before launching several offshoots over the years.

On July 22, Kelly Osbourne, along with mom Sharon Osbourne, siblings Jack Osbourne and Aimee Osbourne, as well as half-sibling Louis Osbourne, from the singer's previous marriage to Thelma Riley, released a statement confirming the Black Sabbath lead singer's death.
