An updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 5:43 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Baker and Malheur counties.

Emergency Management leaders and the National Weather Service laid changes that will determine when flash flood warnings are declared for the area.

"Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," according to the National Weather Service.
