The San Diego Padres have recalled right-hander Stephen Kolek from Triple-A El Paso, and he is set to start Tuesday evening's contest against the Miami Marlins.

Hart made five starts for the Padres at the beginning of the season and one in May. That was against the Marlins, the day after Kolek pitched against them.
