A 29-year-old man was shot and killed in east Oak Cliff early Saturday morning, Dallas police said. Officers responded at about 3:25 a.m. to the 3500 block of Wilhurt Avenue, police said in a news release, where police found Isaiah McWilliams shot at the scene.
